Disclaimer
The Lorton Group curtain tracks are engineered exclusively for supporting and operating cubicle and shower curtains and approved curtain materials in interior environments such as healthcare, residential, or commercial facilities. It is not designed to support human weight, medical equipment, furniture, or any other loads.

Improper installation, overloading, modification, or use outside of its intended purpose may result in system failure, property damage, serious injury, or death. This system must be installed and anchored by qualified personnel in accordance with manufacturer instructions, site conditions, and applicable building and safety codes.
Routine inspection and maintenance of all components are essential for continued safe operation. Any worn, damaged, or loose parts must be repaired or replaced immediately.

By installing or using Lorton Group, the user acknowledges and accepts these terms and limitations and assumes full responsibility for proper installation, operation, and ongoing maintenance. The manufacturer, installer and/or seller assumes no liability for injury, damage, or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or deviation from installation and operating guidelines.
Limited Warranty
Lorton Group, LLC. (Lorton Group) warrants products manufactured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. If within such warranty period any such product shall be proven to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced at Lorton Group’s option. Lorton Group’s obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and user of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
For warranty service, please contact Lorton Group’s at 844-352-5089. A service/repair technician will contact you to make an appointment for your service. Every attempt will be made to correct your service problem within 48 hours.
Limitations and Exclusions: The foregoing warranty shall not apply if product is subjected to negligence, accident, improper operation, maintenance or storage, incorrect installation, products modified without Lorton Group’s express written consent including, but not limited to, modification through the use of unauthorized parts or attachments; products damaged by reason of repairs made to any component without the specific consent of Lorton Group, or to a product damaged by circumstances beyond Lorton Group’s control, and such evaluation will be solely determined by Lorton Group. The warranty shall not apply to problems arising from normal wear or failure to adhere to the instruction manual.
Return Policy
All returns for exchange and/or refund must occur within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. After 30 days, this policy becomes null and void. Please contact us at 844-352-5089 for a return authorization number prior to shipping any returns. Returns will not be excepted without a return authorization number.
Returned hardware are subject to a re-stocking charge of 30%. Due to patient safety and infection control concerns, absolutely no curtains that have been applied in practice will be accepted. Hardware being returned MUST be in brand new, resalable condition. Items returned in damaged or used condition will be rejected.
Custom and Non-Stocked products are not returnable. Custom and Non-Stocked products include Non-Stocked heights, lengths and colors; Custom cuts, bends, colors, fabricated and designed product which are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Cubicle and shower curtains are non-refundable unless there are defects in materials and workmanship. Items being returned MUST be in brand new condition. Items returned in used condition will be rejected.
Please include the following with all returned items:

The merchandise in its original brand-new condition as stated above. 
- 
A copy of your invoice. 
- 
A short but precise note listing the reason for the return and/or exchange. 
Return shipping on defective items will be paid for by the Lorton Group’s. Please call our office at 844-352-5089 to arrange the return. Please use a reputable carrier to ship your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
