RETURN POLICY

All returns for exchange and/or refund must occur within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. After 30 days, this policy becomes null and void. Please contact us at 847-725-0665 for a return authorization number prior to shipping any returns. Returns will not be excepted without a return authorization number.

 

If the return is approved, authorization paperwork will be sent to you. The paperwork will include RMA label, bill of lading and/or call tags and a Return Material Form. PRVC Systems will organize the shipping and pick up by the appropriate carrier. No collect shipments will be accepted.

 

Custom and Non-Stocked products are not returnable. Custom and Non-Stocked products include Non-Stocked heights, lengths and colors; Custom cuts, bends, colors, fabricated and designed product which are non-returnable/non-refundable.

 

Returned cubicle curtain tracks and hardware are subject to a re-stocking charge of 30%. Due to patient safety and infection control concerns, absolutely no curtains that have been applied in practice will be accepted. Items being returned MUST be in brand new, resalable condition. Items returned in damaged or used condition will be rejected.
